Deposit & Payments
All payments must be paid in full through our website, Paypal, Zelle, or Cashapp. Half payments may be accepted considering the service provided. The remaining balance is to be paid before final files are sent. If a client fails to do so, they will not receive their project until payment has been submitted. All payments including deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are only given if a project is canceled due to personal circumstances.

Communication
All communication must be done in timely manner by both client and designer. When booking all information must be submitted within 24 hours of booking; if this is not done, the client's project may be delayed. After 72 hours of no communication, the client will be responsible of a $10 late fee. After 5 days, the project will be terminated and the client will no longer be allowed to book.

Files/Revisions
Drafts will be watermarked by Shy Girl Designs before client's approval on final design. Clients are given 3 free revision changes - color changes, placement change etc. Afterwards, a $5 fee per revision. will be charged. After you've received your drafts, inspirational designs will not be accepted. Redesigning (change of layout, concept) your project will result in a $30 fee (prices may vary). No additional changes can be made once a client approves a design and final files are sent. Clients will receive .jpg, .png, and/or .pdf depending on the requested service.

Turnaround Times
A project's turnaround time begins on the next business day after purchasing. Holidays and weekends are not included. Turnaround times may be extended if a client fails to provide all necessary information. Rush projects are accepted resulting in a $12 fee. Website designs fee may differ.

Refunds/Cancellations
All projects are non-refundable. Under no circumstance are refunds given. In the event a client is difficult to work with, I will decide to end any project(s). Refunds may be considered in this circumstance. If you will like to cancel your service(s) after purchasing, please contact Shy Girl Design immediately. Refunds may be considered in this circumstance.
