What is your turnaround  time?
The standard timeframe for a single service ranges from 2 - 10 business days. If you chose to expedite, the timeframe would be 3 - 5 business days with a fee. Our brand packages will differ from our original turnaround time. See our package deals for more information.

What are your business hours?
I am available Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm CST. I do not work on holidays or weekends.

What is your deposit policy?
Full payments are required for your order to begin.

What is your refund policy?
There are absolutely no refund of any sort once your project has started. All services are non-refundable, so book accordingly.

What are the final logo files?
JPG, PDF, AND PNG (TRANSPARENT).
